Since 2008, significant work has been completed in numerous areas. We continue to work closely with neighbors, and meet regularly to update and explain our plans. Preliminary land development approval, a key hurdle, was overcome by working through issues with Lower Merion Township for a significant part of 2010. Now, moving forward, the timeline from Spring, 2011 to project ground breaking includes:

• Final Development Plan Submission to Lower Merion township, Spring 2011 
• Scheduled Historical Commission and Township staff review meetings, Spring/Summer 2011
• Final development plan approval, then estimation of development timeframes, Summer/Fall 2011
• Architectural building plan completion and submission to township, Fall 2011
• Demolition subject to permitting (old nursing wing and rental house), Fall 2011
• New development/construction estimated to begin by first half of 2012.
